Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – St. Paul, Minnesota

Reporting to: Maintenance Manager

General Job Description:
Our equipment is unique and, in some cases proprietary, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanically operated heavy fabrication type equipment. Demand maintenance normally involves replacement of failed components such as cylinders, valves, actuators, switches, relays, and bearings. Shop maintenance involves maintaining spare production components such as dies, guides, electrodes, and cylinders. Most tooling is maintained in house.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot equipment and machine or tooling preventive maintenance which requires an understanding of electrical and PLC controls along with basic machine shop welding and fabrication knowledge.

Physical Requirements:
All industrial maintenance mechanic positions require standing, walking, balancing, and climbing during all working hours. All industrial maintenance mechanic positions require lifting up to 50 pounds.
